Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

This policy applies to all products sold by Princess Accessories, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, jewelry sets, and seasonal accessories.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before their order has been shipped by contacting us at amaryaamuhamed@gmail.com with their order number.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and cancellation is possible, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Returns After Delivery

We do not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect selections.

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights, including applicable rights to cancel, withdraw from a purchase, return products, or receive a refund under consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
